Monday, 18 October
Afternoon: Registration opens! Once you’ve collected your badge, Arival 360 attendees can use this afternoon of free time to arrange one-on-one meetings in our network lounge, check out attendees, meet with new friends and old.
New to Arival? We invite you to our Arival Induction Session. You’ll get the low-down on the event schedule, networking tips and tricks, and an introduction to the Arival Team.
Evening: Come along to our Arival Welcome Party on Terrace and mingle with The Best Part of Travel.
Tuesday, 19 October
Morning: Arival 360 registration continues, you can pick up your pass from 9am. Enjoy the free time to network in the lounge, and check out the attendees.
Afternoon: Then join us for lunch and settle in an afternoon of insights, workshops, demo labs, and breakouts.
Evening: Wrap up the day down at the pool for our evening party.
Wednesday, 20 October
Full-Day: Get ready for a full day of ‘Ask Me Anything’ sessions with Industry leaders, panels, workshops, roundtables, and our all-important networking.
Thursday, 21 October
Morning: On our final day of Arival 360, join us for content, roundtables, and our final theatre session of the event.
Afternoon: After lunch, we will have optional half-day Universal tickets available for $75, join us to finish Arival 360 on a high!
