Is my hotel included in my ticket?
Your Arival Ticket does not include your hotel. The Gaylord has a limited amount of rooms for Arival attendees at a discounted rate. You can book your room through our event website here. We recommend booking immediately as we sell out at all our events.
Where do I go to Register for Arival?
Registration/Check-In will be located on Level 2 (Ballroom Level) of the Gaylord Palms beginning Monday, October 28 at 10am until 6pm. Registration opens again on Tuesday at 8am. If you have not pre-purchased your ticket, you can buy tickets at the event.
Our Registration and Information area will be open throughout the event, with the exception of during the nightly receptions and parties. Should you be arriving late or delayed a day, do not worry-we will have an Arival team member there to assist you. If you will be arriving in the evening, please notify us ahead of time, or message us through the ConnexMe event app.
Is it necessary for me to wear my Arival badge at the event?
YES! Attendees are required to wear their name badge at all times while in the conference space or at the evening events. If you do not have your badge, you will not be allowed access to Arival. Should you lose, forget or misplace your badge and wish to gain entry, you must present a photo ID and will be charged a $25 fee for replacement.
What is the dress code for Arival?
From casual to formal, whatever makes you comfortable! This is an event specifically for Operators of Tours, Activities and Attractions. This is not a formal industry, it is about learning, fun, experiences and connections. Arival parties will be outdoors in the evenings, so plan accordingly. We want you to get the most out of the conference, so come dressed they way that represents our industry- any way that works for you!
What should I bring with me?
Business cards, your ID, your phone with the ConnexMe event app downloaded, maybe something to take notes with, and a readiness to learn and connect!
Will there be food and beverages provided?
We will provide coffee breaks as well as lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Big Arrival Welcome Reception will take place on Monday night from 7-9pm. Start your networking right away while enjoying drinks and light snacks. Then on Tuesday, the Triple PlayHappy Hour will offer delicious canapes and drinks out on the Gaylord’s Coquina lawn. Other meals and snacks are on your own.
If you notified us on your registration of any food allergies, something will be provided that meets your needs.
Where do I find the agenda?
You can find our agenda on our website at Arival Orlando Program. The agenda will be available in the ConnexMe event app and we will also have printed materials at Check In/Registration. We will share the app link to all registered attendees weeks before the event.
Visa Requirements-What if I need a Visa, how do I get a Letter of Invitation?
When purchasing your ticket to attend Arival in Orlando, please answer “Yes” to the question asking if you will need a Letter of Invitation for your Visa. Once you have purchased your ticket and we have received from you all necessary information, we will email you a Letter of Invitation as a PDF that can be submitted along with your other documents. If you are denied a Visa, please send your letter of denial and we will refund you the amount of your ticket.
Taxi2Airport is our official transportation partner in Orlando. Other options in Orlando include standard taxi service and the ride sharing service Lyft or Uber. Arival does not provide transportation services to and from the airport.
How do I see who else is attending?
You can see what businesses and countries are attending on our website under Who is Attending (this list is updated weekly). During the conference, you will be able to contact these same attendees using the Arival mobile app. An email will go out with more details and information for our event to all registered attendees in the weeks before the event.
