Hospitality Management entrepreneur, focused on strategy, finance and operations for hotels and tour companies and food & beverage ventures.
He majored in Business and Economic Sciences for the Hospitality industry at the University of Florence with a scholarship at NYU (New York University), a Master in Hospitality at CORNELL University and a Master Certificate at the University of Florence as part of an international Master program in Hospitality – VocMat – in Association with the University of Girona and the University of Tartu.
He has a deep academic knowledge of the industry as well as an extensive work experience, gained in luxury hotels, he travelled the world extensively since his childhood.
In 2006 started his first entrepreneurial experience, FLORENCETOWN, now part of the corporate group WHS for which Luca is CEO and major stockholder, that invested in several hospitality ventures: Two tour operators, a food & wine resort, two restaurants, two cooking schools, a winery, a transportation company. The group, a leading hospitality company in Florence, Italy, counts almost 70.000 guests every year with more 100 employees.
