About Me
After seeing tourists ‘do NYC wrong’, Nikki became a tour guide, helping people fall in love with her city for over 9 years. For the past 5 years, Nikki ran a guided program for over 1,500 free-lance tour guides in over 160 cities around the world. She was responsible for ensuring guides gave amazing & consistent experiences, working across language, time zones & cultural divides.
Nikki is co-founder of NextGenTravel, a networking group in NYC that brings together all sectors of the travel industry and is currently working on the Global Guide Alliance, a work in progress that we hope will be a place for guides around the world to connect and continue to grow.
