Susan currently leads the Adventure, Tours, and Entertainment verticals at Easol. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and experiences industry, she partners with innovators in adventure travel, multi-day tours, immersive theater, social entertainment and more to supercharge their online revenue and streamline their operations. Prior to Easol, she was Chief Growth Officer at Rezdy, and spearheaded the global experiences, tours, & activities division for Marriott International.

Chief Growth Officer
Susan is the Chief Growth Officer at Rezdy, a leading global booking software and channel manager for tours, activities and attractions. In her role at Rezdy, Susan is focused on developing and growing Rezdy’s partnerships across the experiences industry. She has deep knowledge of the industry and from many perspectives, having previously led Marriott International’s global tours and experiences business as both an operator of experiences and as an in-destination reseller. She has a passion for digital distribution in travel, stemming from her prior experience as part of the distribution strategy team at Marriott, and while studying at The Hotel School at Cornell. As an avid traveler, she’s well on the way to visiting all of the national parks in the US and makes the most of her trips to Rezdy’s HQ in Australia.

Susan leads Marriott International’s global tours and experiences business, responsible for activating consumer experiences both digitally and on-property at Marriott’s over 7,000 hotels and 30 brands. Her mission is to leverage Marriott’s unique position in the in-destination experiences industry, enriching the guest stay and enabling hotels to deliver memorable travel experiences through their longstanding partnerships with local experience operators. Susan has developed a passion for digital distribution and a strong empathy for suppliers across 7 years at Marriott, including prior roles in the Customer Experience and Digital Distribution teams. As a graduate of the Cornell Hotel School, she believes that delivering great customer experiences is inherent to all aspects of the hospitality industry and is thrilled to contribute to the travel industry in a new way.
